1.0   Warranty

 Turbo Vanes offers a warranty, to the original purchaser for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (except the turbo cleaners ). Proof of purchase of any goods supplied must be available, before any warranty can be considered. Goods that a warranty claim is being made against must be returned to Turbo Vanes complete, any attempt to dismantle or repair the goods will void the conditions of the warranty.

1.2 The terms of your warranty does not cover any cost of labour or additional materials required to remove or re-install any goods (in terms of turbo vanes, or electronic or vacuum actuator). If the good is dismantled, tampered with, or self-damaged the warranty will be voided. All products must be returned, complete as supplied.

2.0   Fitting
2.1  
Any good purchased from Turbo Vanes must be fitted/used correctly, following the fitting guide and or instructions of use, supplied at time of purchase.

3.0 Returns
       Any part/good returned under warranty during the warranty period will be subject to a report on the condition.
3.1  
The findings of this report will therefore present the reasoning for any failure of the part/or good

4.0  Contract of Purchase
Where the purchaser under the contract (not being a contract for the International Sale of Goods) deals as a consumer, within Section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 then nothing contained in any of the following conditions will affect the statutory rights of the purchaser.

5.0  Warranty Period
This warranty covers goods which are purchased and supplied from Turbo Vanes for a period of 24 months from purchase.

6.0  DELIVERY TERMS

Postage:
All order must be made by 15:30 for next day postage.
Delivery time frame for when the customer will receive the goods is listed below, once payment is made in full.
Delivery will ONLY be made to the same address as the payment details.
A signature will be needed on delivery.
Postage charges are per order (NOT per item).

Delivery time may vary depending on other conditions: courier, weather, anything out of our control.

No deliveries will be made on a bank holiday or on a Sunday.

 
LOST IN THE POST:

If your item is lost in the post we have to wait up to 4 weeks before we can put in a claim with the postal service that lost your item. This does not happen very often, but when it does it’s a headache for both of us.
One option which we can suggest is for you to buy another item from us, when the claim has gone through we will refund you the original cost and postage.
 
Receiving your delivery:

When you receive your parcel, please check it for visible damage. If there is damage to the parcel please note this before signing for the parcel. After you have opened the parcel you must tell us within 2 days if the part is damaged or broken, we will collect item, get it back and complete an inspection on the damaged part. If item is found to be faulty we will send out a replacement part within 1-3 days depending on stock, or refund you.
