This Will Start Out by Happening Sometimes and Not at Other Times

Please Check the Actuator Rod Which Goes into the Turbo

the Turbo Vanes Before Fitting Your Repaired Turbo Actuator

or the Actuator Will Burn Out Again

How to Check If the Turbo Vanes

with the Engine Warm or Hot Take the Circlip Off the Arm on the Actuator Side So the Actuator Is Now Disconnected from the Actuator Rod Then Push and Pull the Actuator Rod Arm Very Gently, to See If It Moves Freely or Sticks at Any Point.
