Returns Policy 


All returns must be notified to us by email, before returning goods to us

We will refund or exchange any parts that we have sent out wrongly which have been returned to us within 28 days of delivery. You will need to send item back to us with proof of purchase (copy invoice) and original packaging.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to complete

NOTE:   ITEM MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED OR FITTED, FOR US TO REFUND YOU.
 
Faulty item must be returned to us by you within 1 year of delivery; if the item is faulty and not damaged we will replace the item for a new one or refund you.
 
If faulty item is returned to us and is found to be damaged by incorrect fitting (damaged by fitter )   or engine damage (overheating , impact damage , carbon build up , scoring etc.,,,) then the guarantee is void and we will NOT replace or refund you as the damage has been caused by external factors and NOT by the item being faulty.
 
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund any item if you change your mind within 14 working days after the item was delivered to you.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a period of 14 working days after the date of delivery within which you can cancel the contract (referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get your money back, including the original postage and packing charges. We will require the buyer to pay for the cost of returning the item with a tracking number (As long as the item has not been used or fitted or damaged)
